Bespoke Commercial Vehicle Dipsticks and Clips

At Birmingham Specialities, we are a leading UK manufacturer of dipsticks and clips. With a vast range of standard parts to choose from and bespoke designs available for production volumes, you can be sure we’ll supply the right product for the job.

We have recently helped develop a new extended dipstick design for Isuzu truck cabs to allow for greater safety when checking oil levels. The final product consisted of a dipstick nearly twice the length of the original, a bespoke adapter for fitment into their engine and pressed bracketry to hold the dipstick in its new position.

    Quality Guaranteed

We know how important quality is in the highly competitive environment you operate in. That’s why we ensure our quality is always of a high standard by operating to the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.

Alongside this we have established procedures, including APQP, Lean, FMEA, and SPC, with quality measurement to PPAP and ISIR standards and we focus on continuous improvement to ensure we continue to achieve and surpass these high levels of quality.
